Yes, Many commercial lugers also have the stock lug... simply because it was standard on the military models... There was a time when some folks believed that it was illegal to have a gun with a stock lug on it...(they were wrong) and they had them modified in this way.

It won't hurt the shooting capability at all... just the collector value... if it was cheap...Buy it would be my recommendation.
