I don't know about 44 Automag, but AIMCO made at least one Luger chambered for 10 mm Auto. This was during the latter part of the period when Mitchell was the distributor. All you have to do is shake down Mitchell for it. No doubt one of the the bigger cheeses at Mitchell has it squirreled away. Mitchell had no plans to put it into production but they were planning a 40 S&W version that apparently died when the distributorship passed to Stoeger.
