Hello Panda,
You make a very good point. Is it well-known in CH that many such guns stayed in a military arsenal and then released without the P-stamping...? Another WAG I had was that maybe the person in the service passed away and his surviving family did not turn in his sidearm. Then it was sold/exported later...? If a person passed away while still on active military duty, would the authorities come to his home to collect the weapons...?
