John D, Excellent find! The holster is particularly stunning. To find a pebble grain in this condition is indeed rare. They were much more fragile than a high quality hide.
Another interesting item. Your holster is configured with the Police style closure. The Army type has the stud on the lower foldover flap and the strap attached to the top. The Police type was faster to open and access. Jerry Burney
