Hi Thor,
Actually, the pre-1900's American handguns are getting a collector's foothold here. As these percussion fronloaders are considered to be antiques they can be traded without problems here. Saw some nice examples on display in Belgium, including a nice cased Paterson Colt with all accessories. I'm going to add a nice 1860's colt to my collection some day
