Maybe a bit high, but as new in box (NIB) condition, probably the price and for kalifornia, wellllll....
 Welcome to the frat Mike! There is a section just on these here, although this area is also acceptable! Loading tools are sold on e-bay, BUT, an orginal will work better, I have found the repro ones suck, and bend!  So, buy a DDR (east german) one or orginal Mauser 1970's one and you'll be happy.Ed
