I have made this comment before, but it is worth repeating.

Everything I know about "boosted" and "bogus" Lugers I learned on this Forum.

While the Still and Kenyon books (and others) are essential to the learning process, they do not address this subject. This Forum has been really helpful to me in this regard . . . . and, obviously, to many others.

I welcome any open and objective discussion of methods and techniques used to "boost" Lugers.
