Navy RIP Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: Dc 'burbs in Virginia Posts: 2,482 Thanks: 0 Thanked 16 Times in 10 Posts	My 1902 Manual is stamped in a violet ink on inside cover: Baker & Hamilton San Francisco Los Angeles and Sacremento General Distributing Agents I have not had time to research them and as I am starting a new engagement with a new client today, it seems unlikely I will have the time to do so in the near future.
