I am not so expert in the Navy field. In general the WWI Turkish holsters are very rare. In fact during WWI the Turkish army didn't employ the parabellum. These holsters were made for Turkish Officers or High Dignitary that hold a parabellum. At the end of WWI the German advisors left Turkey and several parabellums were left in Turkey and used by Turkish army.
