$400 is a reasonble price, although is it 7.65 or 9MM? 7.65 is expensive to shoot, 9mm cheap.
Made in Germany I know is another form of importing into the US, although unsure of the year this was done. You can see that Dwight's Germany is only marked germany. Ed
