PK, one thing that bothers me is the statement of no serial number on the barrel? Right under the 8.84 should be a serial number. If not, then I am under the impression the barrel has been replaced.

My 3rd Reich book states that 1941 and 1942 dated E/L marked are German Police Lugers. Also that E = Eagle N and L are Police. Further, Police Magazines were issued and numbered 1, 2 or sometimes 3.

Sorry, I have no idea on value, and I am sure some better experts will chime in, but wanted you to know you were being listened to, my gut feeling it is worth a reasonable amount, I am checking on lack of serial number markings for the barrel. [img]smile.gif[/img]
