correct replacement magazine

What I'm trying to do is add one magazine to my rig to complete it. The Mag. that is with the luger now is 122 on the spine with two SE37's on the spine, the bottom is marked 3279o+ indicating the secound mag. If during the war the first mag. was damaged of lost what do you think the armorer would of given the soldier as a replacement? On page 77 of Jan Stills book Third Reich Lugers it shows a 41/42 with the ser.# that is close to mine with a fxo type 4 mag.this is why I was thinking that maybe this type could of been a replacement for mine also but I'm not sure. I also have a type 4 mag. with fxo and P08 only stamped on the spine (no se37's). The P08 is stamped with the P closest to the bottom. Stamped on the bottom is a small SE37 towards the top. What Luger is this mag. a replacement for? Thanks for the help I'm a little stumped on this one. Don
