Posts: 496 Thanks: 106 Thanked 155 Times in 97 Posts	I think some States allow CCR-to-CCR (FFL-03 to FFL-03) shipping and not using a FFL-01 gun shop to do a transfer. But you need to check each of the 2 States to see what they allow and require. Also...you need to check with each carrier's requirements (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.). Not sure if US Postal allows shipping of handguns, anymore. .
