Nice looking Luger. The unit mark means: Infanterie Regiment Herzog Ferdinand von Braunschweig (8. Westfälisches) Nr. 57, 1. Kompagnie. Station was Wesel.
It is the first one I see with this unit mark and it is of interest for me, because I live near Wesel.
Unusual is that the unit mark is missing the number of the Luger in the company. There are only a few 1916 dated Lugers with unit mark. It was part of the VII. Army Corps during the Great War.
I have an altered Reichsrevolver holster with a unit stamp of this regiment.
