Very nice

1028a is an anomaly ref the single E6, although 1014a is marked the same and a couple of others.

I thought it was odd that it only had a single e/6 at the bottom of the stock lug.

I actually meant on the right side of the receiver, but you are also correct, finding no marking makes me think its a replacement frame. 2 is the most common, but I have seen / heard of a few only having one.

It sure looks like it was all "born together" on close examination. The fonts on the SN top and bottom match up nicely. But, I wasn't there when it was built, so who really knows?
