What I see is a 1920 made (date on receiver), DWM (manufacturer) with acceptance markings on the right and the final proof on the far right.
I like these new made lugers with the dove stamps. The dove stamps were only used for the one year. It went into police service and would have served in the Weimar years and through the nazi era. Ed
