First, are you certain that it's .30 caliber? According to Gortz & Sturgess, the BO: mark that designated the barrel steel came from Bohler was only applied to military Luger barrels for a very limited time in 1913 ~ 1914. The number 27 indicates the steel lot.

Further, the number 2 at the base of the barrel may be part of what was originally "8,82" which is the bore diameter in mm and common for a 9mm.

Please confirm that the bore is 30 caliber. My best guess at this time is that a 1913 ~ 1914 9mm barrel was used to repair that Luger sometime after WW1, possibly while in Weimar Army service.
