Did you test this with freehand shooting?
Normally speaking they are accurate, even with a worn out bore. Sounds more like a shooter/sight alignment issue to me. |

Barrels with right hand twist rifling shoot to the right and guns deigned to be used at great distances have sights that take this into account. Artillery Lugers, for example, have self compensating 800 meter sights.
