Yes, this technology is maturing quickly.
It is possible now to have Georg Luger present his own lecture using nothing more than a donor presenter and a good photograph of him. 2020 marked the year that video footage became unreliable. Everyone can generate decent quality deep fakes with the right, inexpensive tools soon. |
