1900's are commercial, thus, they are mostly marked 'hidden' numbers and not marked as many places as military or police lugers.
Value is always subjective, most shooters are still 800-1000 - a 1900 is at least that, but harder to sell than a military luger. See the FAQ in the new collectors area for a pdf on all kinds of luger facts  Ed
