Few (if any) doctors around here have the refrigeration facilities to store the vaccine(s).

Even some hospitals don't. I've been assigned a POD but whenever I check the site, it's NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE.

Also, vaccine is not arriving in the quantities that the Feds say it is. PODs are announcing vaccine arrivals and taking appointments and then they have to retract and cancel.

Real clusterfuck.

The current deal in NY is that geezers like us can get them at the pharmacies now. My second one is due nest Monday at the CVS in Watkins Glen. And I didn't have to hassle with a 200' long receipt.

Better edit before Ed sees this. He gave me a warning once for typing "hustle my a__"

here in NJ appointments are scarce + when you do get one it is regularly canceled for lack of product -
