Looks an awful lot like this Portuguese rig. The pin punch is the correct size for drifting pins on the Luger if maintenance beyond normal field stripping is necessary. The Portuguese Lugers are model 1906 in .30 caliber.
The cutout on the inside of your holster where the toggle would sit strongly suggests it's a Portuguese holster. If there's an "AE" stamped on the holster, it's definitely Portuguese. Spare mags were carried in a separate holder. ![]() ![]()
