Jerry, they may be used to other forums where someone will run out and try to buy it out from under you.
This one is shiny, but I doubt it is original finish , partially because the top and bottom match so closely when somehow both of the originals had something bad happen to their respective missing component. But, it is hard to tell on those photos and if you look close there appears to be some pitting, but I cannot tell if it is under the blue or just ageing. I would really want to know the dw=ealer before I laid out $1100 for it. |

Look at the rear of the frame. This Luger has been shot VERY little if at all since the refinish......no/maybe hint, of toggle train marks. If one were looking for a shooter, I would want the seller to warranty that this Luger performs correctly because of the mismatched parts. To me, that price is too high for what you would be getting. That mag number font looks incorrect to me.
