The closest VA Hospital to me is 60 miles away. I have Tri-care for Life health insurance and use private practice doctors. My family doctor is the same one I saw when on active duty as he was hired by the military and I was assigned to him. Now he has a private practice. The local base pharmacy normally carries the meds I use. The base hospital will also do X-rays, shots and blood work.

I understand that the article made it clear that the politicians blamed guns rather than the root causes. That's why I said that any comments I make will be political and primarily about one party. It's not shortsighted; it's intentionally pushing a political agenda at the expense of Vets.
