Obviously I can be wrong but my feeling is that both cases are reproductions, probably fairly decent ones, but I'm almost certain that are not originals.
Here, too, fake Fascist and Nazi memorabilia are quite easily found, unfortunately youngish people seem interested in them, but 95% of them are "fakes".
