g date magazine question

the pistol serial no is 3032 and it has an what I think is an f on the front of the frame, it is the only place that has the suffix letter. from what I have read that is correct. it came with a 39 dated holster by carl busse. waa 286 and de63 take down tool. I say f it is a strait line with a curl loup at the top and a horizonal slach under the loup in the center of the letter. same on the magazines. am I correct in saying that the + is for extra mag? If any one has an de63 3032 f mag they want to trade let me know. I guess I would have better luck at the lotto counter. but you never know
