It is difficult to say anything about your luger with certainty, pictures help a lot. That said: The barrel may have been replaced after 1916 by one made or installed during 1940-45, due to the presence of the third reich test eagle. The grip markings are probably original to 1916, and represent "Reserve Infantry Regiment 13, company 3, weapon number 3.
