Locking toggle problem resolved
The problem I had with the toggle locking has been resolved. I bought a new MecGar magazine that has a stronger spring and the problem went away. The magazine I got with my P08 is only 16 digits off from its original and appears to have been used a lot thus possibly weakening the spring.
