Several options. Try a plastic washer under the grip, if you want go to a hardware store in the plumbing section, lots of different washers there otherwise use a razor blade and trim a piece of plastic to fit, milk jugs are thin and you can do enough layers to snug it down. Don't overtighten, grips will crack.
