DWM unit marking help

I recently purchased my first Luger. It's a 1915 DWM. All matching numbers. Has unit markings on the front strap 4.A.R. I am finding some conflicting information between books I have read and the internet. I was hoping people here on the forum could help me out a little. With this being my first Luger I have a lot of catching up to do. Thanks in advance.

I suggest that you start a new thread and add photos of your unit mark.
