$370 sounds like a good deal, and at that price if there are any little minor problems you can afford to get them fixed. I wouldn't be too concerned about the matching numbers or the dremel surgery, it's going to be a shooter after all, if the pictures you saw look decent then it's probably OK. I would ask Ted or one of the other (more experienced) guys about the bore pitting, but if the rifling is strong, that may not matter a whole lot...
