I count myself extremely lucky. I ordered some double shoulder hides that turned out to be really stunning..but one was 73 inches long so I could strip 10 Artillery straps out of it! I didn't expect that and I just ran out of Artillery straps! Usually I have to order a whole half a hide to get them. So the end of 2018 is good for me. Yes, I am trying to keep up with what's coming in for repairs and my own carbine case projects.

Which reminds me..did you end up with George Fortier's carbine case? Oddly enough Charlie Roscoe has it advertised on his site! I know he doesn't own it..
