George, Dang it..you are confusing a pistol rub spot. It has no stitching holes above the tool pouch!

Thanks for the info on where to look and use of a light I found it. It says F.W. Kinkel mainz 1915. Can I presume this holster came with the gun it's an all matching 1915 dwm. Has one matching numbered magazine and one unnumbered magazine as well. Even the grips are numbered.

What's that to the lower end of the tool pouch?
