One of the energy numbers is wrong.
There is about 16% more energy at 1280 than at 1190. I have used many rounds of PPU and Fiocchi, the PPU is just a "little" but enough more energy to function in many lugers. "How does PPU get such a bigger energy in the same casing as the Fiocchi" They don't!
