Denny is correct..clarification is always good. You say the extractor moves up and down easily. Could be a weak spring? Have you closely inspected the extractor lips?
Take out the firing pin. Insert a magazine of rounds..try to work the toggle to extract them all. Take a look at your ejector to see that it is complete and not chipped or broken.
