I guess that doesn't seem obvious to me. It appears to be a correct barrel with expected proofs. Did the Swiss do this type of re-barreling? Were there aftermarket barrels available with correct proofs for rebarrelling

Swiss lugers were re-worked and re-used; and often reworked and then sold out of service. 9mm versions are not common, but have been posted here before, perhaps a search for 9mm Swiss luger would pull them up; or one of the collectors of Swiss lugers will comment further. ![]()
