2 numbers on my 1920 Commercial Breechblock?

In that case it is an all matching one (including 1 magazine) Curiously, it also has the "Germany" stamp on the reciever as though it was marked for export sale but it came with a Nazi luger holster and I was told that it was a bringback (no papers). Regardless, the pistol and holster as standalone items made the purchase worth it, but what are the odds the pistol and holster were actually taken from a German as a pair?
