Covered in post #7 and by George's post. Absolutely it can be re-listed after time or on another site, at retail, different pictures or description etc.

Anyone who participates in auctions eventually sells things for more than than market, sometimes substantially more. Bid wars are a known aspect. Shills try to start and stoke those. I see lots of stuff go above market on GB, where I don't think shills are involved. I also regularly see bargains. That some or even most transactions are legitimate has nothing to do with shill bidding.

I don't want to bash GB or even this seller. But, I think auctions represent both risk and opportunity. Understanding seller ruses is helpful.
