Frank,

I understand about the 39 dated S/42 as the 1939 year is the missing year in my III Reich P08 Collection !! Quite a hard time around here finding a decent one wherever it is a 42 Code or S/42.......

I had a friend Collector home tonight with a table full of German Pistols, a few drinks & pizza.....even a late 44 K98 made it there.....We both agreed with the statement that the real thrill for the Collector is searching/ getting that next one !! ( and not necessary pulling them out of the safe to look at'em...)

So it should be no surprise that I'm presently ``awaiting a few & negociating a few ``......

Togglt Top: you also have a NICE Collection !! ( and a nice Mauser Banner Sign )

Too many holes in my Mauser category now to be worth a photo
