this seems implausibly to me, the nature of the proof ist to check the assenbled wepaon under intensified loadconditions. so i can not imagine that the breechblock alone got an powerproofstamp.

more then one weapon, in hermann historicas auctionsdescription as numbers-matching described, plus some of the guns from joops collection show this feature. i don't belive they all fail in this way ...
