Prompt communication is essential to establishing good relationships all around. I expect it from my vendors and I'll usually go somewhere else if I don't get it.

Thanks for some sympathy from members.

Been a small shop,
with 4000K plus clients over the years, it gets really busy some days.

With 4 or 5 inpatient posts on the web, by my math we are not that bad. I realize that is not a good excuse for those affected.

I gotten better with responding back overt the years,
but a 45 Luger project did not help that situation in a bit.
And that has been a 3 year quest ( will be on February of next year)

And this year has been especially busy in trying to get the 45 Luger function they way we like ...
On every pull of the trigger with almost every ammo .
We all know original lugers do not do that all the time ...

it was tiring, frustrating, scary at times, and very expensive.

I apologize if in all of that mist of emotions I have missed an email or two.

We try to do right thing every time, with priorities been on the job done right.

Communication is not on top of the list... and we make an effort to fix it.
May be a good secretary can fix that one day.

By the way communication related:

Luger 45 prototype #4 has been in Guns and Ammo hands for a week now. Awaiting verdict patiently.

As for Porta-Potties, I frequented Watkins Glen, Mosport, Harewood, even Indy during the 1970's and spent many stressful minutes in those plastic outhouses...
