No Eric, you are wrong. This has been discussed innumerable times both here and on other forums as well. Lugers and Mausers "removed from the purview of the NFA" are legal with an original or reproduction stock as long as they are of the type originally provided with the pistol. As an example, an Artillery with a reproduction Artillery stock is ok, however an Artillery with an original Navy stock is not legal.
