The pictured pistol really has Werle's name all over it. For the guys that follow/study the work of some of the custom gunsmiths, the pistol said who made it without the name tag; just the pistol's appearance suggested who made it.
A very gifted individual. Not all his work is for everyone, but the respect of expertise in making such is some common ground. As far it working, I do not think one would have too many worries about such. He has a lot experience with Lugers. Fairly innovative(understatement) smith, a trip to his shop would be...........quite enjoyable. |
