Yes - I think most Swiss Lugers in the USA are import marked. Some that were brought in to the USA before the change in marking requirements were marked on the frame under the grips (many of the FGS Firearms / Chris Clark pistols were marked this way).
They were manufactured and issued new until 1948 when the Sig P210 started replacing it. As of 1968, most were likely still in service.
