a google search shows ebay seller in germany sells snap caps in 30 luger
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Pufferpatrone...4y03XlS7aFVJBA I found another link for a seller on USA ebay, but he didn't have anything for sale I would think that taking some spent casings and making some snap caps would work well. Ed
