Election Night !

Gentlemen, This turned out almost exactly like President Reagan's election. The "silent majority" stepped up and corrected the error. Now at least we have a chance to be the great Nation the World needs. President elect Trump has his work cut out..a long row to hoe. Let us pray that he will try to emulate President Reagan.

I can tell you'all that I find that the sun is shining brighter at my house then it was on Monday. I am elated to maintain the House and Senate, plus take the White House. Trump said he would reverse ALL of O'bummer's executive orders, which will aid the gun folks and others. I could not be more pleased with what we(America) accomplished last night. Now, if I could get rid of this headache!!

I watched CNN at ~noon today, they were lamenting that Trump won because too many voters stayed home and didn't vote...Hispanics, blacks, the uneducated...My local station (a CBS affiliate) reported that voter turnout was greater (75% vs 70%) than the 2012 election...

"Exit polls"...Now the talking heads are saying that voters gave misleading information when they left the polls and were interviewed...Nobody was asking questions at my polling place...I visited another polling place (a library in the nearest city), still no interviewers...

Where were all these 'exit polls' taking place??? Certainly not in my predominantly blue collar neighborhoods...

Why would anyone lie about how/why they voted??? I would be happy to elect a woman president - I think Sarah Palin would have been a viable candidate, if she had had four or eight years as vice with McCain as president...

Now they're talking about Trump structuring a third party separate from the Republican party...I say, good on him!

If you turn it around, they're saying that Hilary's supporters are predominantly those who are so lazy that they can't even drag their behinds to the booth.

Personally, I believe it's just BS excuses anyway. Like you say, the turnout is proof enough that this is what the people wanted.
