Datig states that he has observed chamber dates of 1920, 1921, and 1922. on 'new' Lugers manufactured/assembled for the Army. (pg 131, The Luger Pistol).
Your pistol also has the Schiwy sear safety indicating Police use. There is also evidence of the magazine safety having been fitted, also indicating Police use. It would be interesting to remove the left grip and see if the magazine safety is intact.
