Patrick, there is always a chance. That said, based on their appearance, I don't think that they were re-numbered.

All the aluminum bases had to be surfaced and numbered once. This was most likely done at the factory using a fixture that ends up creating a fairly uniform look. In my opinion, these look that way.

I believe the magazines are original and for one of the few times I think there was a mistake at the factory. Maybe they didn't think it was a big enough deal to replace them with new magazines.
Then add the fact this rig was straight from the vet reinforces this thought.
