Obama shutting down gunsmiths

Geez, yet another back door tactic to infringe on our 2nd amendment rights. Reduce the number of gunsmiths through an existence "tax". If we can't get them repaired, we can't use them.

My understanding about Executive Orders is that the NEXT President can rescind all or part of the previous President's EOs. Please correct me if I am wrong on this. We all know what has to happen in Nov.
