They can also be a tad fragile in places..the hinge. Pigskin is an inferior leather and over time spots where it has to bend can crack far more so than bovine leather. Just something to watch out for.

I have had quite a few, six at one time, of the exact type of holster pictured... I never spent less then $450.00 to buy, nor sold for over $600.00.... Probably could have tried for more... I wouldn't mind having that one....BTW, loops and straps and even the key pouch are sometimes cow leather?... best to all, til...lat'r...GT....
